I had an amazing experience at this hotel, especially since it was our anniversary. The thoughtful touches like a card and chocolate box were such a nice surprise. The location is perfect, just a block from the Paramount Theater and an easy walk to Pike Place Market. However, I did feel that there's a lack of initiative in service, particularly from the night staff, which is unfortunate given the otherwise welcoming atmosphere.
